How does the 7 day money back guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your class purchase, you can simply cancel for a full no question refund of all unused paid class credits. To get the refund, simply fill in the form below and we will confirm your refund within 24 hours and will credit your card with the refund amount. You don't have to call us, or find a secret form. If you're not satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund for all your unused credits that you have paid for. Each class you have already taken will simply be charged at our standard price per one hour depending on the number you have taken and the package name.

Note: If you buy a package with free classes then those free classes are only free after you have taken all your paid classes and are not taken into consideration when offering any refund. When the 7 days has expired we continue to offer a further 50% Refund up to 1 month after purchase. See section 8 of our Terms and Conditions. for more details.
